Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing. The cancellation policy and associated fees regarding registration fees, accommodation, and the social program are as follows:

  • Before July 31, 2009: Will incur a $100 USD cancellation fee
  • Before September 4, 2009: Will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
  • After September 5, 2009: There will be no refund

Accommodation

  • Deposit must be paid to the hotel at the time of booking to guarantee reservation
  • Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date

Social

  • Payments are non-refundable after September 5, 2009
