Registration Fees
- $400 USD - Early Bird Registration (before September 4)
- $475 USD (after September 4)

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons can register to attend all social functions. For further details on the social functions, please visit the events page. To purchase social tickets, please complete the relevant section of the online registration form.
Delegate Entitlements
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:
- All sessions of the APEx 2009 Conference October 12 and 13, 2009
- Welcome Reception Sunday, October 11, 2009
- Conference Dinner Monday, October 12, 2009
- Morning and Afternoon Breaks
- Lunches
- Satchel
Payment of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Preferred payment is by credit card. MasterCard, Visa and AMEX are accepted credit cards for the conference.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your letter of acknowledgement will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.
